Getting Clean: What it takes to become powerful.

New is usually always a good thing and for ourselves feeling new and fresh is important to being happy in life. Getting clean is an idea on how to use the body’s own resources to feel renewed.

Everything piles up in the garage if you don’t start getting rid of things you don’t need. Getting clean for yourself is no different. Life will weigh you down if you don’t cast off the things that aren’t needed or have outlasted their usefulness. This is a concept for the tangibles and the intangibles in our lives. Sometimes hard to do, but letting go of the old is often the only way to make room for the new.

Life on earth is incredible. Every plant and animal that lives is a miracle. The most amazing part of life is the decay and rebirth of life. The endless cycle is the heart of the essence of life. 

Every living thing has the ability to renew itself. It has the ability to reproduce itself. All things alive are created with a natural process of cleansing and renewal, and it is that process that humans often stand in the way of. 

It takes energy and effort to renew yourself. Nothing is easier than simply opening the closet door and tossing old coats in there until there is no more room for them. Buying the coat was easy, just had some fun going to the store, trying some on and then buying one. But, throwing it away or donating it takes real effort, because you are giving up something you wanted earlier. But, if you keep piling up, you will not have enough room for a new coat, and we  all want a new coat! 

Feeling Good Means Getting Clean

First and foremost, it is our bodies that need cleaning. Yes, take a shower or bath, shave and groom yourself and put on some fresh clothes will make you feel better. But, what your body really wants and needs is to be exercised so the old and bad can be pushed out of the body, and then you can eat the new and good in, giving yourself energy and vitality. 

A thorough workout to get your pulse up high, to sweat and use your lungs and muscles are not really an option for us, no, it is a must. If you don’t feel good, it is probably partially due to the fact that your body is stressed by carrying the old heavy load. 

Then you have to eat cleansing foods which promote this process! AFter it is said and done, you no longer crave junk foods.

To relax you must first tense up. This is what exercise does. It is weird how it works. You would think that by exercising you would stay worked up, but it isn’t true, exercising is how you relax. Relaxing doesn’t relax you, it makes you more tense.

The mind works the same way. It needs cleansing, even more than the body and yes sometimes you do the other when you are doing one of them.

Mentally, it is all about throwing out old and bad thoughts. Seems simple enough, but we all know it isn’t. You can express your thoughts and get rid of them and/or you can meditate and relax your mind. Without doing that, it is hard to imagine how people can operate.

So, for now, that is it. Get youself clean, get your mind clean and becoming a stronger happier person.
