When you think about it, “Jesus” has a pretty good thing going, doesn’t He? I mean, He is everywhere, all of the time, near, far, or inside of you.
Someone who lived and has been dominating the world for over 2000 years with the message, “I am here for you.” But, in the realm of reality, He isn’t. Yet people find a lot of comfort and reassurance in that belief. Why?
Because people need to know that someone is there for them. Someone who they can count on. Someone who they trust won’t hurt them.
People need to know that they have a friend and people they can get encouragement and hope from without any thought of reward.
In someways, I want this blog to be a source of encouragement, hope and inspiration for people and to honor them by consistently posting content that will be there when they need a place to go, words to hear and of course music and art to experience as a safe haven from the world of crazy.
Consistency is one of the most valuable traits a person can have because not only can you believe in yourself to do what you say you are going to do, but also because people need to know how you fit into their lives.
I will be here for you. That is a commitment I want to make to the readers of this blog.
