The Law of Time, according to me, is simply this, there is no time but ‘Now’.
As simple and frustrating as it is, the Now is all of the time that exists. It is a fact that no one can get away from and when we use clock time, we have to realize that it is a way to categorize where we are in the timeline of ‘Nows’.
When I first read the book by Eckhart Tolle, ”The Power of Now”, I thought it was going to be about not procrastinating. It is about a lot more than just that, it is about how we live life.
So, the first Law of Life is the Law of Time: which states, The Now is the single moment that exists and you cannot escape it.
Peace in life comes when you abide by this and dedicate your actions inside of that moment known as Now. The more your mind leaves the now, and thinks about other things past and future, the more stress you will have in life.
Keep all things in the present moment and dedicate yourself to each action, one at a time and that time will always be now.
