I was considering the famous arguments about affiliate and network marketing business and how the guy at the bottom is gonna lose out, every time.
The reason people believe this is because they are missing the point of the business entirely, which is referrals.
Referrals is the business that you are in. Period.
So, lets say Joe gets into a company and likes the products, but there are 50,000 people above him in the organization. Is that to his disadvantage?
No. Why? Because everyone above him started just like he is starting, at zero, which is where you start no matter what you plan on doing.
Affiliate and Network Marketing are not investments. You don’t put money in a bank and have it earn interest. You don’t buy stocks and hope and pray that the Gods are kind to you and your stock increases in value. No….
The only thing that affiliate and network marketing companies give you is the opportunity to refer people to their products. When someone buys, you get a commission.
Folks that is all it is. It is a referall business. And no matter where you are or how you begin, you have an equal chance to refer people to that companies’ products and the opportunity.
When others decide to join you in doing it, you also get commissions on what referrals they produce.
So, it makes sense that you 1. refer people to the products and 2. bring others into the business who would like to do the same thing…and on it goes.
All anyone one does is refer people.
So what is referring people mean?
It means telling as many people about it as you possibly can, helping them understand the products, the benefits of them and showing them how they too can earn money doing the same thing.
Those who are good at this, make a lot of money.
Again, what are they good at? Referring people to the products, the company and the opportunity and helping them understand it so they can decide.
Anyone can refer something. That is no skin off anyone’s back, is it?
Here is the deal, if there are only 5 people you tell about it, you will not do well. Why, because the numbers will never work.
How many people do you have to tell about the products…as many as it takes to get the results in your business that you want.
In the end, that is all this is. Getting the word out that you have something people may want.
So, if you ever hear the argument that you have to ”sell”, or ”recruit” or do any of those things, really, you are stacking the cards against yourself.
What you have to do is refer with passion!
Please remember when considering a network marketing or affiliate company, that none of them can guarantee that you will make any money, they are simply giving you a chance to do it, using their products.
It isn’t an investment, it is a business, and the only way people make money is if something is sold.
The beauty of the Empower Network is, you have the products and you can sell them over and over and over again and keep all of the money. But, you do have to refer people and product must be sold.
